I've had nothing but positive experiences with the Rusty Shield State Farm Insurance Agency. All inquiries are answered promptly.
I had a claim some years ago when 2 vehicles were totaled due to water damage with flooding in our area. They responded quickly and the amount we were reimbursed was more than expected. Also, when I shopped around for insurance initially their quote was the best (even better than other State Farm agencies).

Have been great a great help throughout the process. They really take their time to explain in detail and make us understand everything that there is when it comes to the insurance policies and they are also ever willing to answer any question that we have to clear our doubts.
