I’ve been with Russ and State Farm for over ten years. Every time I’ve ever needed anything from claims to questions I call the local Mount Shasta office and all my issues are resolved promptly. Beware robot reviews!! Paid a 6 month policy on 2 vehicles Oct. 5th. Nov 24th they called and threaten to cancel the policy on the 25th because they decided to raise the rate on 1 of the 2 vehicles . Very scummy wouldn't recommend to anyone.

EDIT: Terrible response time and customer service from local office and corporate. LOOKING ELSEWHERE NOW...
Switched to them after finding out that MPI was charging much higher rates than normal for me. They wouldn't insure everthing, so not 5 stars, but so far so good...

Excellent service ?I've been with State Farm insurance in Central Calif for many years, I retired ? relocated/moved back home top of Calif, went in to Mr Porterfield office State Farm ins Mt Shasta, to transfer my ins policy to his office, l will never forget the difference in service more attentive, to my needs & friendly, answered my questions, and explained what I didn't quite understand, 1 small accident last march called his office explained it his office took it from there very professional.
