If I could give this terrible organization NO stars, I absolutely would. I took out the loan in May 2023 when I had a desperate need for a loan amount of $3500.00 which they told me I could repay early with no penalty - just call their number 1-866-472-0505 and they would accept payment over the phone. I tried calling BEFORE the first payment due date of June 15, 2023 and have never been able to reach a live person to pay the loan off in full. I have been trying to contact them via phone and email for 18 months. The phone just hangs up on you - EVERY single time or if you don't choose an option you do end up able to leave a voicemail, but no one has ever called me back and I call at least once a week. In addition, my weeklu emails to support@rsvploans AND complaints@rsvploans go unanswered. I have also been locked out of my account and while my last payment is scheduled for next month I am now wondering if they are even in business anymore. DO NOT TAKE A LOAN OUT WITH RSVP LOANS. I will pay $12744.83 for the $3500.00 loan that I tried to pay before the first ACH withdrawal. PLEASE DO NOT take a loan with this company. RUN!!!

Predatory lender. Do not get a loan with these people, they only exist to make money with their ridiculous interest rates. They do not care about you, your family or your future. Stay far away and manage your money wisely so you don’t have to turn to predators like this

They started out as awesome then when I tried contacting this company via telephone and email..no response...this is very unprofessional..the phone rings constantly with no answer

Horrible!! I refinanced my house and received a check from my refinance to pay this loan off in full. Sent out a month ago, payment has not been applied to pay off my loan. I call daily, option 1 hangs up, have left message on option 2 with no call back. I have emailed numerous times with no response. So I stopped my auto payments through my bank hoping that would get a rep. To call me, still no call since payment got declined 5 days ago. I don't know what else to do...are they even a business anymore? I even contacted BBB....they also have not received a response from them...but my interest is still going up daily. Do not use this company!!!!!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Unable to provide an email response. The agent was rude and ended up raising his voice ti me instead of answering my question. Borderline incompetent in the ways of customer service. I completely regret using this company and would not recommend them to a person I don't like. I cannot fund the acceptable words ti describe this company and their reps without using profanity. Suffice it to say, we're it not for the contract I signed, I would not have anything else to do with this company or their representatives.

Unable to reach anyone !!! I have tried all options on their phone. The 1st option hangs up on you. This has happened at least a dozen times. The second option you leave a message and NO ONE returns your call!! AVOID at all costs. Today I am contacting BBB as this horrible unprofessional business will not even respond to emails

I've tried to make a payment repeatedly over the past few weeks and can't. I've sent numerous emails, responded to their texts, and no response. Their website is down and every time I call it disconnects when it goes to send me to a rep. This is ridiculous! Did the company close or something?

If I would give less than one star I wouild I was extremely disappointed in how I was treated when calling in because my funds were not received by 5pm. When I stated I spoke to someone at 3pm I was basically told I was lying because there weren't any notes from the last call.

While my funding finally happened about 3 hours after that, this has left me very disappointed in the customer service they provided. Once I have this loan paid off I will not use or recommend this company to anyone. I will tell them to avoid them at all costs.
