I had an absolutely wonderful and positive experience with Roslyn and her staff. She was so patient and kind with going over all the options that was available to me. I had many questions and she was always so quick to get back to me and make sure I understood what I was signing up for. I have had Rozlyn Armijo as an insurance agent for 10 years! She is the best of the best!! Rozlyn always responds quickly when I have a question regarding my policies! I have been insured with Rozlyn since 2008. I have always been met with the upmost professionalism and have never had an issue with her customer service. I trust in her products and therefore I trust in her judgement on advising me what coverage I need in order to be protected in any situation. I have all of my protection under one roof. Autos, Home and Life. She's one of the best insurance agents in Pueblo, I'd never consider going anywhere else. She educates her clients and keeps in contact not just when my premium is due. I’ve had American Family insurance for 25 years because I had a great agent Mr. Ben Carpenter!! However, since he retired and I was stuck with Rozlyn it’s been a nightmare!! She’s rude, unprofessional and frankly she has lied to me!!
Now she is trying to double my premiums from the price she quoted me over the phone. I “Fired” Rozlyn and found a highly reputable insurance company with a good agent for half the cost of Am. Family. I’m happy to share my new agent with anyone looking for a fair deal.
To be fair in my review, Antoinette Fragoza, customer loyalty specialist, is a kind and patient employee and Am Fam is lucky to have her! Thanks Antoinette!
