I want to take the time to write how my experience went to be honest this place is so helpful they always save me a lot of time instead of going to the DMV and dealing with people that have attitudes
. so I would definitely recommend them for anything tax, insurance or even DMV related they're really really helpful with all the processes I don't understand why people here complaining so much because first of all I know the kind of business that they run because I've been dealing with them for a lot of years now and I have seen how the customer service is and its really good starting from Rosie and all her team members so I think people should be a little more realistic as far as expectations when it comes to that if you guys actually want your tax services done in compliance then then you should come here but do your research before you come on here talking about a business especially with taxes. I'm not sure if people know this but the IRS is not allow tax preparers to pocket customers refund or charge more then they're supposed to .it's silly to say that someone will loose their bussines for 1 bad transactions.anyway they are awesome here thanks rosie and staff.

I called Rosies from work to ask if this was the facility I had my taxes done last year. The lady that answered the phone told me she would call me back in 25 min. I decided to call back 40 minutes later to verify the information, I was hung up on 5 times and still have not received a call back. Very BAD customer service! !

The lady doing taxes was rude and aggressive in my appointment. She said I wasn’t gonna get any taxes and would need to pay went somewhere else and got my full refund which was nowhere near what she stated.
