I've been using Viki and her services since 2019. I don't know a lot about taxes, but she has helped me understand. She has a portal you can have access to that documents everything. I find it super helpful as a business owner. Everything I bring her is documented, and I get an email reminder. Everything she does is in there, too. Anytime I ask her questions, she answers me and helps me understand the tax codes and laws. She has definitely made taxes less stressful for me by educating me on something we never learn about in school. I have noticed with Viki that if you don't ask, she doesn't tell. (Meaning, how can she help if she doesn't know what to help with) PLUS, she doesn't charge me to ask her questions since it makes preparing my corporate and personal taxes easier for me.

I've recommended my family, friends, and other business owners to Viki, and all have personally called me to tell me thanks for the referral. I highly recommend her if you need your personal or business taxes done or if you're looking for someone to re-structure your entity or entities. By far, she is one investment I'll hang on to for years to come.

Was referred to Vicki by a friend. Talks a good talk to acquire first payment and put card on file. After first payment expect to hear nothing from Vicki. Met with Vicki March of 22’ and agreed for $500 to file for one quarter of 1099NEC. Was told if any extra work had to be done that card may be charged. Come October of 22’ the card on file was charged an extra $600. More than the initial cost. No communication on what work was done or that I was going to be billed. After seeing the charge I contacted Vicki and asked if we could meet to talk things over. Vicki did not answer the phone but instead texted that she would be in Florida for the next three or so months. I replied that I would like to see copies of the contract I signed she replied that she doesn’t carry paperwork with her while traveling. Unprofessional, deceptive, and terrible at communicating. I wouldn’t recommend going with this accountant for even a simple W-2 filing.
