I wouldn't even give them one star. They don't care about you at all. Didn't even take the time to help with the application.

My Policy was cancelled, said they had sent me a letter and I never received the letter. No call, No email. Just dropped without notice.

Terrible customer service. Beth was not helpful at all.

My agent and everyone else who is available have been very encouraging and helpful, and able to explain each step of the process as needed. I would feel overwhelmed without them! R&G helped us craft the best HO policy specifically geared to Cape Cod. Our former company of 30 years was not suited to the Cape. It had an extremely high wind deductible. Do not bother. You have to do all of your own work. They would not change my payment method, did not notify me that my policy was being canceled due to my change in payment method, and would not cancel our policy at our request. My question to an insurance agency, "What do you do?". You're better off working directly with an insurance company directly since it's all online anyway.
