Pros:
1. Able to find good rates
2. Responsive and will look for more discounts available of you ask

Cons:
1. Not proactive. They will only find better rates of you reach out.
2. They don't give you a notification before your bill is due, they will just tell you after the fact that your plan is no longer active. I feel like the effort is the same, but for some reason they don't put in the effort before your bill is due.

This is my only experience with an insurance agency, so I can't compare it to anyone else.

I've been a customer for almost one year. I do not recommend this insurance office. One star. It's an average amount of money for average coverage. More importantly, their ability to communicate is horrible.
1. I called their office a few days after I became their customer. Called to ask if I could add a second car to my policy and spend more money with them. The insurance agent on the other end of the line went on a long rant. He explained he's not my agent, they work on commission, he's not getting paid to help me. After his on necessary rent he said he would help me anyway, because he's a nice guy.
2. Partway through the policy I was overcharged by a small amount of money. The problem was the lack of communication – notice, not the small $ amount. No email, no phone call, no letter in the mail. Can you imagine if each of your monthly bills was off by a small amount? How could I balance my Checkbook and maintain my sanity?
3. This morning I got a voicemail from A woman at their office. She said she was returning my phone call. A message about how she could not cancel my policy unless I sent her a request in writing. I never did call her about a cancellation. She has me confused with somebody else. She's juggling so many policies/customers her head is spinning.
I hope she's being adequately compensated for helping me. I'm afraid with the guy I signed up with in the beginning has quit partway through my policy. Probably because he was unhappy with the commissions.
Roger Stone probably has no idea what's going on. He's probably out to a very expensive lunch while his agents are fighting over commissions , providing average coverage for average prices but nothing more.
