It’s like living in a village everyone knows everyone’s business, some neighbors have no respect for other neighbors property, kids outside all time of hours, you see children having to take out their parents trash which we see how that goes sometimes they miss the dumpers🤦🏼‍♀️ but other than that rent is fair and if you stay to yourself like me then you shouldn’t have a issue! Maintenance is quick to respond and repair to certain needs! Finally have a property manager so hopefully things will be getting smoother as the time passes!

I have to leave a review because after going through their reviews people were leaving 1 stars because they stated they don’t answer the phone. I did not have that issue. I called every day to ask questions about renting a unit and they answered the phone each time. I even asked if they can send me an application and they did just that. They have been great with communication as far as I am concerned. They answer every question I had and made sure to help me
In the process with whatever questions I had. Thank you all

Have fun trying to get on the phone with anyone they don't answer the phone at all I'm convinced it's on purpose atp as I can't get a hold of anyone all day pretty much everyday unless they decide to call you back. The apartments themselves look great.

Their community looks so beautiful and Kayla was a tremendous help throughout the process.She responded quickly and remained patient and professional. Although we ended up not renting with them it wasn't their fault as we were on the waiting list.Something else came up for us so we made that move instead.
