Anyone advertising that they represent nationwide needs to be dumped as an insurer in the foothills . Nationwide are money grabbers that care less about their clients and will stop covering you even if you have been covered by them for decades . They are anything but on your side and anyone selling their products are also not your friend . I live 3 buildings from a fire department and less than a block from downtown . I have a city installed fire hydrant right at the corner of my driveway . Is has nothing to do with real fire threats it’s just a blanket rejection if everyone that lives in the foothills and anyone that advertising that they are representatives of that company should be boycotted !!!!!

My previous insurance agency cancelled due to fire risk but Farmers was able to insure me no problem.These guys came to my house and gave me an accurate price on my home owners insurance. Adam was a huge help and explained every aspect of my policy. I feel very educated and confident in my homeowners policy now and i know whats covered and whats not covered. Adam also answed all my questions and worked hard to find every possible option for my needs and wants in my policy. He also saved me a lot of money by combining my auto insurance so in the end I got better coverage and saved money. Win win on this one for me.

So I called Robert directly as he is the owner of the agency. I was thinking I'd use a local insurance person, to keep my business local. He asked me all the questions needed to apply for life insurance. What prescriptions am I taking, family history etc. We were on the phone for a good 25 minutes. At the end of all the questions, he asked what my email address was and said he send me one after the phone call and follow-up with a couple of life insurance offers. He never emailed me after the call and I never heard from him. After all the personal questions to qualify me, not a word from him. I don't understand how a business person can operate this way. Very disappointing!! I checked my spam folder and nothing. He has my phone number, in any case. I certainly do not recommend this company.

I was very disappointed. Im a securing a loan for my home. Trying to include taxes and ins. This area has been extreamly impacted with new fire policies. Robert did not seem interested in helping me achieve the insurance needed to secure my loan. Basically told me he had no time and to look elsewhere. I have never commented negativity on any business in my life!! I'm in a desperate situation and there was no concern to offer ANY assistance. Just wow.
