Simply put Mr. Robert Boyd is a professional. He was honest about what he could offer, answered all of the questions my wife and I had, and even sent me a card for my birthday. Robert Boyd and Kayla Sanders are truly the best! They are kind, professional and very attentive to your insurance needs. I have been a loyal customer for many years and never had any issues. If a problem did arise, I knew I could call and they would easily correct and/or explain clearly what is happening. They may not be able to control what State Farm as a corporate office does when it comes to changes, but the handle it with grace and understanding with their customers. Robert Boyd has been my agent for over 20 years. I can send him a question and he responds instantly. I've called the office and if he is busy I will get a call back as soon as he's finished.
