I've lived here since 1999. I love it. First lived in a 2 bedroom then upgraded to a 4 bedroom. Best place to live. Very nice quiet and clean area. It's hard to get in because once you do, u never leave. I love my unit.

Negative 1st Impression: Wasn't a pleasant experience to be laughed at a representative that assumed an applicant questions is hilarious because all applicants ask the same questions about the co-op! Moving on to NOT WASTE MY MONEY OR STELLAR CREDIT! Thrown the application on their driveway! I wonder is that laughable to pick up!

I was there a a baby shower. I believe the occupancy capacity was 136. It was enough space to have serving tables, dessert tables, a gift table, head table and maybe 10 card tables with 4 chairs to a table. A kitchen area is separate. It was clean and I had a great time.

My mom passed who lived there for years and she paid into it, but river oaks would not give me the unit. Basically stole the money my mom was paying into it.

these are wonderful places but extremely hard to get in and there a wait list
