Poor communication from this agency and lack of education of the agents. I was told that one of my vehicles was ineligible for coverage and was instantly dropped from the policy. I called multiple times to get help and try to find a solution but was basically blown off. It was not until I requested to cancel the rest of the vehicles on the policy that Mr. Hittle finally stepped in to tell me that they can cover it if I install an anti theft device, which I've had one the entire time! Too little too late. I would recommend shopping with other agents.

Update: Mr Hittle has responded to my review beloe. For some reason trying to play the victim as if I have a vendetta against someone I've never met or spoken to. Mr Hittle states that I misrepresented my Kia, but I'm not sure how I could do that since they had the VIN the entire time and I purchased my coverage on the phone with an agent from his agency.

It is accurate that I was informed that the vehicle was dropped from the policy and I said that in my original posting. However I did speak to his staff at least three times and told them I had installed anti-theft.

It is also accurate that Mr Hittle has tried to call twice now that I posted this review.

I understand that it is likely t corporate State Farm that found the vehicle uninsurable, my concern is solely that Mr Hittle failed to step in to assist until after I emailed to request complete policy cancellation.

Lastly, Mr Hittle, I resent your statement about my reviews. I believe that reviews are a place to recognize excellent and poor experiences alike. And I understand that all businesses make mistakes. I would not have even written a review if I wasn't digging through my emails to see if you had yet responded to my cancellation request after 3 business days. You hadn't. Which was yet another disappointment. Then I saw the big "please leave us a review on Google" link in your signature which prompted my review, as requested. Thank you for finally responding to both my original email request after 5 business days and my follow up email after 2 business days, today.
