The receptionist who normally answers the phone was pretty rude, she didn’t even give me a chance to finish my question before interrupting me or when I’m making a statement.

When I ask her what documentation was sent to me and how was it sent this is after we were yelling back and forth for 5 mins trying to figure out if my insurance request went through. Her answer was simply, ‘I don’t know,’ honesty she could’ve transferred me to someone who was kind and more knowledgeable.
