Heard directly from the agency owner who was not happy with my initial review - so this is my revised version. These guys have never been able to work with me on price and from what the owner of the franchise has told me, they are all bound by corporate policy, ranging from who answers their phone and how rude they might be all the way on through to they just punch in the data and can do nothing for you on the price. Almost makes one wonder what their purpose is exactly in the business relationship. Anyway, I've signed on with another insurance provider. The owner certainly was very polite when explaining how little control he has over his own business.

From agent to claim adjusters, service is No good. My car has been in the shop for almost a month. I Called Ricardo to see if he can help speed things up, but useless as a used doormat, rudely directed me to claims. I dont mind paying more for better service. Bottom line...your not in good hands with allstate. Check all the reviews

Horrible communication! I’ve been trying to reach my agent for months it’s absolutely horrible. As soon as I get ahold of him (since no other place besides my agent can help which is stupid ) I will be canceling my policy with Allstate.

I’ve been with this agency and the previous owners since 2016. They have never failed yet. The staff is very well-informed and are experts at their field. They are genuinely kind and caring, and treat our concerns and requests as their own. Diana is quick to respond and very enthusiastic to help and make us feel at ease. We had some hiccups due to miscommunication with the Mothership at Allstate. I.e. I changed my address to the new one several times yet still my old address is popping up, and some issues with our new policy, but Diana and the team at Ricardo Campos Allstate promised to resolve all the issues and get things moving forward shortly. Diana is especially kind, she is well-learned in insurance, got us the best deal, all the while making me feel absolutely safe in their hands! Truly a stress-free experience.

It has been a terrible experience when I switched my Homeowners insurance and had to navigate another switch as quickly as possible when Ricardo and his team of agents neglected to respond to request for additional information. After Ricardo’s branch being non-responsive to my emails and calls, I contacted the insurer directly and they explained what information had been requested and that my homeowners insurance did not include fire coverage due to the location (this was never shared when I signed up for the policy and the fire was the main reason for the coverage I was requesting). Bamboo Insurance made several attempts to contact the branch on my behalf and once they made contact, relayed that the branch had never done a CALfire policy so they would need to call corporate.
I have since contacted a new ** and secured homeowners coverage without the need for a CALfire policy and 2 months after cancelling the Bamboo coverage I get a solicitation call from Ricardo’s agent to see if I am interested in quoting new insurance. Dangerous brand to work with and I would recommend you find another branch.

INCOMPETENT workers, made changes to my policy NOV 18, 2020(I removed a car, and added a new car) sounds simple right? They sent me an email to sign and return (which I did). Today, DEC 18, 2020 (a month later) I go online to see where I can print my insurance ID for the new car, since I NEVER received one, and couldn't find it.

MY CAR WAS UNINSURED THIS WHOLE TIME, because they failed to submit and complete the transaction. CARELESS. UNPROFESSIONAL!

I spent an hour going over coverage, and prices for NOTHING. What a waste of MY time.

ALL IT TAKES IS THAT ONE MISTAKE TO COST YOU THOUSANDS OF $$
