I want to bring to your attention the unprofessionalism I've experienced with Reyes Tax and Financial Services. While Carlos may be a competent tax professional, the rest of the receptionists lack an understanding of effective business management. Since March 2024, I have attempted to reach their office multiple times, only to be met with an unhelpful and rude receptionist who dismissed my inquiries, stating that she was too busy and suggested I call back later.

I left a voice message when I called again, but there was no follow-up. When I called again, the same rude individual answered and took my number, assuring me that someone would return my call. However, I never received a call.

This experience highlighted that a successful business requires a cohesive and professional team prioritizing customer satisfaction. It is unacceptable that customers are left in limbo after repeated attempts to obtain assistance. I strongly recommend that they invest in professional development and customer service training for their staff, as they represent the face of your business. Immediate action is necessary to improve their office's operations and customer relations.
