Since there is no “0” star option on here I am giving them a one star. A person hit my car causing me to hit another car in front of me. The good can’t even open and the horn doesn’t even work. The damage is bad. Reliant hasn’t done anything in 2 months to do anything about it. The opeterator,” Marie Wahe” is seriously no help at all. Last time I called she gave me the worst possible attitude. She never returns my calls. Point is this company should be shut down for good. This is unacceptable.

Been with this company for years.They jacked up prices after I wrote them I have a excellent driving record. They don't honor any good driver discount. In California all insurance doing business are to offer discount. I went with with a better insurance.

Needs to be a "Zero Star" option.... My daughter had a hit and run involving a Reliant General insured, and because they can't get in touch with him they won't pay. I can't even get the claim rep to call me back. But almost a month later we receive a letter from HER saying that she is the claim rep and they need to talk to us regarding the accident.

Bottom line....just dodge the claim rep calls and you don't have to pay out for the accident since you never admitted that you hit a young girl's car and ran! But you're still insured by them!

This insurance company is a total disappointment, our vehicle was hit while parked by an other vehicle under this sorry insurance, it's going already into 2 months of that incident and to this date they haven't taken care of it, maybe they are waiting for more funds (customers) to buy into it. I am thinking " with this type of service, this insurance would probably be one of the last ones if not the last one for my insurance needs". those that are thinking that are saving money by having it, go ahead and keep using it until you run into a situation where you need it.

Worst insurance company ever! Do not sign any document with them they lie and take money without authorization. I cancelled my insurance on Jan 7 2015 at Adriana's insurance which is a broker for Reliant. I was told to do a stop payment on my account so i do not get debited and what do you know Reliant still debited me on Jan 20 2015 which is not even my auto debit day it was every 18th. Which I have came to the conclusion they got sneaky and change my amount by 2 cents which void my stop payment with my bank. Long story short I called to get a refund and was told by a rude rep that they do not do refunds and that either way i owe a cancellation fee of $30. This was news to me, isn't that something that should of been said upon cancelling.....? Hmmmmm. I spoke with the manager Nancy which also had poor customer service skills. Who then told me that they would not refund me because now not only do i owe the fee I also owe a renewal fee (another excuse not to refund me a dime lol). I went as far as to say fine ill pay what is left on the renewal fee refund me the balance, but of course they would not.This is not a company it is a scam full of lies to try to get any money out of you and like every scam you will hear a different lie out of every rep or manager you speak to. Oh and don't bother asking for someone above the manager apparently Nancy is the owner and she is the only one who runs the corporate office.

Zero!!! They have no customer service skills. Why are these people selling insurance? I was rear ended by a person under this insurance. I spoke to an agent once all she said was "we can't get a hold of our client" I have been calling every week, they send me to voicemail, I leave a message asking for an update, they don't return my calls. It has been over 4 weeks. Horrible customer service. Even the front office transfers my calls instead of offering any help.

Pay for insurance every month and when I was needed to be represented It was extremely disappointing. Was assigned to Pam who fell off the face of the earth never returned my cars nor represented me what so ever. I lost my claim, I even had a written statement from the guy who hit me along with text messages of him trying to get me to go to his friend to fix my car. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. Go elsewhere, this place sucks.

I’ve been with this insurance a few years, 5+. Got in an accident and I had no problem at all with my insurance , everything was fully covered as how they said. Not to mention , it was my fault. I’m about to add another car and yes it will be this insurance. Thank you!!!
