Maria Lopez has been our Forest Insurance agent since we bought our Oak Park home nearly 18 years ago. She handles all our insurance needs, including car. Maria is a remarkably intelligent, compassionate, and accomplished professional. She takes care of our home and car needs as though they were her own. In several instances in which we had emergencies, Maria moved into action IMMEDIATELY, and made sure we understood all of the ramifications of a given claim. I found out about Forest Agency years ago as they were the Insurance Agent for my condo (and I'm sure they are handling that building since I've left). We've used them for at least 8 years with our personal business and in 2022, I decided to get a quote on home and auto insurance. We were about to be first time homeowners and needed homeowners insurance. We did not know where to start. So what do you do? You ask your parents of course. I cannot recommend Cathy Hall and the entire Forest Agency team enough. Dan Browne has built a business that is professional, competent and kind. Cathy has been responsive, patient, helpful and professional in every interaction we have ever had with her. My wife and I have had many questions and opened several new accounts in the past couple years and Cathy has taken care of us every time. I also believe she has done her best to save us money, which is very important to us as we start our family.
