I have been banking at regions for 5 or 6 years. They have always been very efficient and I never have issues other than a fraud alert, which they handle quickly and efficiently.
Great Bank!
Thank you Regions

My review would have been more favorable before yesterday. A debit card on one of my accounts was stolen and used. I simply went there to get a new card made, which the teller did promptly. Then I asked what my next step was as far as the down card and the $300+ transaction from Tuesday night. She told me to take a seat and wait on one of the folks in a cubical. The lady called me back, I told her the situation, she told me to get a police report & take it to my local branch. I did that today and stopped to get a few dollars of gas because I was almost out. I tried to use the card on my main account that I've had for 22 years & it was DECLINED! I knew that I had money in there to cover it so I called their toll free number. The nice lady there, Nicole, told me that my card had been deactivated yesterday at the Guntersville branch!!!!!! I was mixture of frantic & livid at this point! That account was never even mentioned. So Nicole, apologizing for all the inconvenience, transferred money from my main account to another account so that I could get gas using that card. I then went to the bank with the police report for them and to get a copy of my statement showing the transaction and take it back to the PD investigator. From there I thought I was going to have to go back to the Guntersville branch and get a new card for that. That would have given me the chance to ask the lady why she turned off my good card and put me through all this EXTRA stress. Luckily, Pablo, who was filling in from Albertville managed to get all the info for the police as well as turn my deactivated card back on. I haven't had a chance to use it yet so we'll see, but he tried and was very nice and patient with me! This is not the first issue that I've had with Regions, just the most recent. Thinking about switching banks but I like our local branch manager & employees. ?

Refuse to notarize a document and want me to us a 3rd party paid service. I setup accounts at Region to have these perks. Time to find another bank. 2 stars as the people are nice in telling you no.

I’m adjusting my review to this location because the more I have to ffight traffic to get in this bank but this location has very nice people employed here which is the reason I’ve stayed with Region’s because I’ve been frustrated from time to time especially with the banking hours of operation! Anyways as I enter towards the close of my 1st year as a resident of this community I’m having an appreciation of the few nice people I find! Thanks for making my trip easier & friendly

A bank manager and teller both knew me jpersonally from earlier visits, and were friendly and professional.

I was having trouble with a Regions debit card, which had unexpectedly stoped working. After reset of password, the card would still not work. The teller was helping me after closing hours in the drive-through, and eventually issued a new card which did work.

I was very appreciative for the services I received at Regions Bank.

I would give them a negative number if that was possible. I have been trying for months to get them to help me receive money from Nicaragua via western union.
Every time I try to get them to process this type of transaction, it's becomes a supreme struggle.
I even open an account there to make it easier. Then it became worst. I am about to close my account and someone else to help me.

My daughter made an appt for 2:15pm on 03/17/21. She arrived at the scheduled time. She knocked and knocked and no one ever came to the door to let her in. She observed people inside but the tellers ignored her. She calls the bank phone number and no one answers. So she had to leave.
She needed to make a withdrawal larger than the ATM allows.
How is she to manage her account and make withdrawals when the bank refuses to follow their own “rules” of making an appointment?
Absolutely ridiculous...and by the way, other banks in town have their drive thrus open but not this one

There is a reason these people only have a 2.7 rating. This is the absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with! Me and my client tried for over 6 hours to wire $2500 for one REGIONS account to another REGIONS account and still can’t get it done. They want to hold $1000 of it for three days and we ended up ha I got to expedite the rest through a bill pay check just to have access to OUR money! Not regions money to hold and draw interest for three days when it is needed by the people it belongs to! And the old woman there is as rude as they come! I understand it’s not the employees fault regions is the way they are and the rest of the employees are as nice as could be. The old woman needs to retire!
