In need of an AWESOME Loan Representative! Go see Ms. Cindy Humphrey at RFCU-Winchester Rd. She is a true example of positive, professional, patient and responsive customer service/support. She is very knowledgeable, extremely patient and highly competent. She made my loan experience positive, professional and productive. She even went the extra mile to thoroughly explain with examples all that I didn’t understand or wasn’t familiar with. She also offered up ways for me to improve my credit score by taking advantage of some additional RFCU offered products/services. Redstone Federal Credit Union has been my family’s bank for a while now and we’ve always had good service from our go to location on Winchester road. It can be quite busy, especially on Fridays but otherwise it’s not bad.

My money was stolen from an online purchase at walmart when I was at work. It's been a week and they still can't give me my money back from their investigation. I find this totally unacceptable. They even told me it's the worst one to be hacked and still it's taken a week plus, cause I still haven't gotten my cash back. It's half my paycheck and I'm out of gas. It wasn't my fault and they don't care
