I have been with Redmon Insurance for 7 years! Thankfully I have not had to reach out to them with any issues but recently I decided to purchase a new vehicle and emailed them to get insurance quotes for my new vehicle. Within an hour I received a response from the owner letting me know one of the agents would get back to me. Within another hour I had quotes! They were so patient with all my questions and I was so impressed with how quickly they answered me. It is very hard to find customer service like that!

I have been with Redmond for about 5 years now and they offer many affordable and quality insurance options. When I switched to them from state farm they saved my household nearly $200 a month. I was so astonished that I have been preaching everyone to get a quote ever since. I have had to file a couple of claims with them and it has been the most easiest for me and the folks contracted to do the work as well! Unfortunately, our son was involved in an accident, not at fault, but resulted in a total loss of the vehicle. I was able to reach Kai after hours who immediately walked me through what to do. He followed up later that evening. Erie Insurance stepped up immediately and helped with the claim. I received numerous calls from each of their team members and the claim was handled very quickly and professionally. Every step of the way, I received personal calls from Erie's team. Both Kim and Kai at Redmon made follow up calls also. They for sure made this very stressful situation easier to deal with. I am very thankful and proud to call Redmon Insurance my provider for all my insurance needs. Thank you all!!
