Ray Gralak insurance agency will give you the run around, they are very shady. I wanted to add my son to my auto policy. First they wanted to add him to his own policy "We could also quote Progressive for only one vehicle, the one that John will be driving daily. " from AnnaTurwon my the agent I was speaking to. I cannot have a minor have their own policy, how stupid. Then she quoted me with Erie Insurance, it was high but whatever, then she tells me they need to back date my policy to January when my son got his license instead of starting it in May when I asked to add him to my policy. My son was not driving this whole time. Why would I pay insurance on him if he wasn't driving. I did not approve these changes and found a new agent a week later and they wouldn't cancel my policies. I had to call Erie customer service to have them cancel my policy. But they are so sneaky they put the changes to effect on my policies without my consent. Please be careful they are sneaky and Erie Insurance is not helpful either.
