DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOMEOWNERS POLICY CANCELLED OR LIKE BEING LIED TO. Then when I emailed about it, from my email with my husband cc’d, I was removed from the email response. When nationwide point blank stated they do also send notice to the agency, Pam denied it and said they don’t have anything to do with it and all they do is put you in touch with the insurance company. If you want someone who is truly going to handle your insurance, it is NOT these people! Pam made sure to tell me she doesn’t have the time to ensure 500 peoples renewals go through okay. Letting policies fall through the cracks is unacceptable and we would never recommend Pamela Laub, the Randy berg agency, or Ahbe group to anyone.
