We were on vacation out of state and had a rental car, someone did a lovely hit and run and rip the bumper right off! The rental agency wanted so many different things from us it would have took most of the morning. Called Rochelle and she said enjoy your trip! We insure you and will take care of everything!

Rachelle Bariola has been my agent since at least 2013. I have two cars, two houses, and an umbrella policy insured with Rachelle. My experience with American family was good. Everything was taken care of. We initially seemed to have a connection/ signal issue, so we simply communicated via email or text and it was fine. Got my car back and the work that was done looks great. Unfortunately I will be dropping it off again soon, I noticed a scratch that was overlooked by myself and the body shop days after the work was done. But, I already contacted American family and the body shop and I don’t foresee an issue. So overall I am very happy with my experience.
