I had been with another insurance company for over 15+ years when I decided to shop around. I have known and heard of Allan Miles Insurance for many years but never gave changing companies any thought because I am all about commitment. When I contacted Allan, he was very responsive and he reached out immediately and we had my insurance completed all in the same day! Allan and his team are beyond outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone that is displeased with their service or their monthly premiums. Every month since I moved my relationship to him and I see my automatic draft come out- I am almost giddy with happiness. My rates are almost half of what they were and the service is simply wonderful. Even now when I reach out, I get a call back within minutes. If you care about loyalty, service, and the cost of insurance, you will definitely need to meet Allan Miles and his team.

The folks at R. Allan Miles Insurance Agency are Top Notch. They are always easy to got a hold of and if they aren’t available right away I can leave a message and someone calls back promptly.
Last year before my policy was going to renew I received an email from them letting me know my price was going up (seems like everyone’s having an increase to their insurance policies nowadays).
What really impressed me was they had already quoted me different options and did their best to keep my price down with similar coverage.
My last insurance agent never bothered to reach out to me.
No one likes paying for home or car insurance but it’s nice to know they do their best to save you money.
