I have been using Quail Ridge Insurance for almost 20 years. They always give me options for my construction insurance needs with really good prices. Despite the options and good prices what I love the most is their customer service. Whatever I need from them I get, usually the same or next day. I would highly recommend them.

I am an electrical contractor and have been in business since 1989. I carry both liability and workers comp insurance. I have been with Quail Ridge Insurance Services for approximately the last 15 years.

Each year insurance brokers contact me asking if they can review my policies and offer to save me money. I have never accepted their offers because I have no doubt they would be able to match the level of service provided by Quail Ridge.

Without my asking they have over the years sourced different insurance companies and when possible lowered my insurance cost. Most notably workers comp.

They are responsive and quickly send out "additionally insured" to companies I contract with and graciously interact with their office staff answering question and providing documents.

I am able to stop by their office and be assisted in filling out complicated workers comp yearly return forms. This service alone is priceless for me.

Quail Ridge Insurance is a friend and asset to my business, I couldn't imagine working without them.
