I love banking here. Everyone knows your name and they are so helpful and easy going. Best bank I've ever used. I won't list everyone's name , all of you deserve a raise. All of you!

My grandmother who is 90 and a loyal customer of PB&T for decades. On 11-12-24 my grandmother and my partner (her legal caretaker/ family member) were humiliated by Robert! We were accused of scamming my grandmother. Robert not only proclaimed his assumption out loud, he made a point to tear the forms up in front of everyone in the bank. Robert knows my grandmother, he also knows my partner. They are in PB&T no less than 3 times a month. Robert had absolutely no reason to make those claims let alone to humiliate them publicly! There were a few things I can’t mention here, legally.
Robert and another staff member blatantly lied about a completely different bank that day as well. We have spoken with this other bank, and the credit card company. Both companies have helped us with this situation and all legalities moving forward.
We decided to go speak with Robert today
11-15-24. We wanted to see if we had possibly misunderstood his actions and accusations from Tuesday. Today Robert told my grandmother and my partner that he still believes that we were scamming her. She told him how disappointed and disgusting she was with him for ever accusing us of that. Robert then proceeded to apologize to my grandmother ONLY and NOT TO MY PATNER! Robert then tried to inquire about the transaction we had come in for on Tuesday! The only issue was with Robert and PB&T! Absolutely no hiccups or issues getting the transfers with the other company!
Robert you have absolutely no right interjecting your personal feelings into our family decisions, nor into my grandmother’s accounts! She has 2 lawyers, 3 accountants and a family who cares deeply for her! Both her banks, CC company’s have said that PB&T (ROBERT) had no place saying or acting as they did.
Robert, you have NO BUSINESS interjecting your OPINIONS and BELIEFS into your customers accounts! This is not the first time Robert has had complaints about his attitude and opinions. Seems there are many customers in Canon who have been treated poorly by Robert. It’s unfortunate that PB&T hire people like Robert to work with people of the community! Robert was so disrespectful and humiliating to very loyal customers of PB&T. I don’t even want to fathom how PB&T/ Robert treat someone who isn’t!
Take your banking needs to ANY BANK in Canon City that is not affiliated with PB&T!

True scam artists compared to other banks. Banking apps are better than this place. Card was compromised and need a new one….. they charge for that…. Cash app no problem here is a new one FREE…… need cash? 400$ that’s it , no more then that. Cash app…… it’s your money take it…..here’s is our atms so you don’t pay fees.

Been with PBT 30 plus years and they've been great. But, the check call line is the POOREST, absolutely horrible.
PBT needs to address this poor service to its customers. Around 10 years ago PBT took the check number off. Only gave date passed and amount. They nearly lost hundreds of accounts.

Im a new customer of bout 6wks. my acct has been locked for 4wks. Apparently nobody can unlock it. Their automated phone system has been broken the entire time. They dont tell you this. So i cannot call system and balance. Call canon city branch and nasty man answers then hangs up on you!!!! Very bad bank.

It is a nice small town like bank here on Canon City. They don't have to send your paper work to some place else to see if you get the loan. Nice people.

It's a bank. That said it makes you feel like Cheers when you go in, because everybody knows your name. If they don't they will if you tend to go inside. That is why I give it five stars. The people that work there.
