My experience was not good in the beginning. The first tech support guy was very rude, unkind, irritable, and unprofessional to say the lease. To the point I was going to cancel my subscription. However, my second time around there was an angel sent to make up for the mess the 1st tech had put me through. I hate that I am unable to remember his name but if they would run the conversation back I'm sure that admin would know who he is and I hope that's the case. Helpful, kind, professional, patient, and confident. That was the second tech's character and I appreciate the help that was provided for me to be able to use my account that I am paying for monthly, (I was locked out of my account). GREAT JOB 2ND TECH!!!! I hope your superior reads this and give you a bonus.

Just got off the phone with Aaron from their tech support team. Absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable,confident concise and friendly as if the it wasn't enough. They don’t pick up when you call also need to call to renew your account after you cancel. Additionally they won’t let my wife have her own account because we share a house hold. I’d recommend deal machine

This service is terrible. The information they provide is wildly inaccurate. We called in and canceled the account in November of 2023. We didn't realize they continued to bill one of our lesser used credit cards for 18 months! When I called to get the situation resolved after about 15 minutes on the phone their customer service rep hung up on me.
