Giselle Larrazabal is very helpful person and offers excellent customer service even though she originally did not help me with my sons car insurance…I was having trouble with the renewal process and decided to call the company I was very lucky that she answered me and help me very kindly with everything, she even noticed that rate was higher and tried to get me a lower price. I will definitely will recommend that you ask for her if you need an agent to find your new affordable car insurance, specially for young /new drivers “best prices in California” 👌

Garbage insurance company! Bad customer service! Overpriced policies! I will never use them again and if your shopping around for car insurance skip them! If you don’t they will for sure rob you of your hard earned money! There is way better prices with other insurance companies in Fresno for sure you just gotta find them

Check your coverage 15/30 with no medical coverage is not enough. I used to have 50/100 with car rental when it was Dashers, with sterling casualties. And when it became Pronto Insurance, I had to renew it and I mentioned I wanted the same coverage and the car rental. They said it will be the same and $20 cheaper. Trusting and being in a hurry I signed it with not really paying attention, since I mentioned what I wanted. Then I got in a accident thinking I had a good coverage I found out with Aspire I only had 15/30 no medical and no car rental. Almost loosing my family. A car ran a stop sign and hit us T-bone. My wife was in the hospital for 7 days. Finding out that I only had 15/30 and no medical with no car rental I felt bad. When an accident happens and you don’t know what the other driver has for coverage is scary especially like when I found out that I only had 15/30 with no medical I felt bad. So I canceled my insurance with them because Aspire coverage is only 15/30, Even to cancel was $20. Now I went to AAA and made sure they gave me the coverage that I wanted 100/300 with medical and car rental. Pay little more but ur life is worth it.
