Had to transfer my policy from one state to another. The process was miserable. Customer service assured me that I would get refunded for my remaining policy within 48 hours directly to my card. 1 week later, no sign. Called, said it would be 15 days. Called at 16 days and they said actually we mailed you a check that will take another 5 days. Service reps have absolutely no desire to help and just offer scripted pleasantries like "we understand, but there's nothing we can do" while screwing you over.

Saying I won't be shopping with them anymore (Was not a Karen about it either) didn't seem to bother the rep at all. I really wish there was more competition in this space so companies would actually have to offer good service. It's not that there isn't anything you can do, it's that you simply don't see being honest with me to be important.

D.E.I COMPANY. Stay away. They stole $408 from me. When I called about the error, the agent told me that if I reversed the charge that “I WOULD NEVER BE ELIGIBLE FOR INSURANCE THROUGH THEM” guess what I did? Reversed the charge and called a local agent that cut progressive rate by almost 1/3rd. Canceling homeowners today as well. Progressive…maybe heed the warning..GO WOKE, GO BROKE.

I have been with Progressive for my last few insurance terms. I THOUGHT they were honest and reputable, however, I learned today, they are a bunch of dishonest crooks. They attempted to sneakily add my daughter, that does NOT have a driver's license, to my policy. When I called them about it, I received denial and attitude. I then tried to speak with customer service via chat and after some run around, she stated that my non driving daughter is required to be on the policy because she lives with me!! Which makes absolutely NO sense at all. I cancelled my account immediately! Then the lady tells me, my balance is $70!!!! Will NEVER recommend this place, not even to my worse enemy!

The worst insurance company I have dealt with. They will do everything to not get your vehicle fixed correctly. They use the worst shops for repairs. I have been having issues with getting my vehicle fixed correctly for the past month. This was my 1st claim ever, and you're treated as if you don't pay them monthly. Supervisors don't return calls, adjusters will do everything to not do their job.

It all started November the 11th 2:30 a.m. my car was parked on the street and someone hit it and told it out my claim representative at Progressive and basically everyone I talked to through the whole process was very knowledgeable quick on their feet and they got the job done my claim was settled by that next Wednesday and I purchase a car that same day. It was hassle free for me so I give them a 10.

This company is absolutely vile. They do whatever they can to screw innocent people out of money. They will use their weight as a large multi-billion dollar corporate to rake you for thousands of dollars even if you are the claimant and not at fault. A Progressive customer totaled my car and I've gone through hell just to be made whole again. Stay clear.

This company has THE WORST customer service. I have been trying to get in touch with their Insurance Verification Team to resolve an issue. No one answers that line. I have waited HOURS on hold. And the regular customer service acts like there is nothing they can do.
