Called to talk to a lady about my policy and she told me "I could do that" and hung up the phone abruptly. Would not recommend these people as they were very rude just asking about what my policy and why glass was so expensive. I do not know anything about insurance and just wanted a rundown on why glass was costing me $500. So if you want insurance I would not go through these people. I wish I would have caught her name before she hung up the phone.

Tracy was EXTREMELY helpful in getting my car insured. She made the whole process very easy to understand & smooth to complete. Good prices but roadside was horrible experience. Took 2 hours to get me fuel,liked to froze to death.the first time it was timely..second time they called alton towing..they were AWESOME!! Would call them any day.

Progressive the worst insurance in the United States They take your money and they will not covering anything , I get a hail damage on my car and I have Full coverage I called them to do a Claim they told me to take the car to Any body shop I like I took it there After the estimate finished They said we are not able to pay you or fix your car not only this time that’s happened for 3 times also they not covered my house and one other car before that , I’m never see like this Insurance company before ,
Stay away from them they will not cover anything
