Ms Cynthia was the best with working with me on missed payments and very* honest. Very respectful. I made a promise to pay and she did a courtesy call to remind me about it, wasn't rude or hateful, she understood my issues and why I was behind.(oil pump went out on my truck) and I didn't have warranty so I paid out of pocket and she was very nice and understanding with me. She is very knowledgeable and has been able to answer any questions I’ve ever had. She is Professional, Efficient, Caring, and Knowledgeable. PFS is an exceptional place to do business as a dealer. Jason is an outgoing guy who is ALWAYS willing to help his customers, both dealers and consumers. If you're in the market for a lender check them out, they have fees but they aren't astronomical and they look for a way to put a deal together and earn your business.
