The worst experience in my life, not only did the "nurse" not forward my lab work for surgery to my surgeon, she never made an attempt to help in last minute attempt to keep my schedule. She has avoid repeat calls about getting my meds without me paying out of pocket, which I have done, just to get what I need.
Now we can talk about the fact nobody knows how to get my comp check mailed on time. I have been off for 5 months and they still can't do it. I was promised that everything was straight earlier this week but as usual still no check.
I guess nobody thinks it's a big deal, but it truly is. When my wife has to take out payday loans to pay overdraft fees something is wrong with this company

I have had this insurance company since 2015. I gave birth to my daughter on October 30, 2019 and it has been non stop problems with this insurance company! This company goes through Cigna insurance and I have had to do this companies job for them. I have called them over 50 times this year and they have not solved the problem. I hope our work changes companies because I am at my wits end on what to do. I would not recommend going through this company for any reason.

I had to pay a bill upfront in August and the company notified Professional Claims Management that they should reimburse me but they mailed the check to the company anyway. I am still waiting on the reimbursement check. They just give me the run around when I call.
