Absolute worst company to do business with. I wish they never bought our building. 3 days without access to our POS system. Had to call a tech to open the lock box to access electrical room & the box was empty. They had the lock replaced and guess what… took the key with them!!! So the box is empty AGAIN! Now we have to wait & they are unable to give a windown, so now going on the fourth day no POS system. Let’s see if their “ emergency line “ actually works. That’s who we are relying on to give us the code tomorrow. If they own your building… good luck!!! Never answer the phones & can offer no solutions other than “ apologies”

We leased a property in the Lodi California area that they acquired. We were thinking about extending the lease, so I called them numerous times to discuss terms. No one ever return my phone call. We ended our lease agreement at the end of term and then they shorted us on our deposit, sighting completely bogus charges. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional property management group in all my life. Now I to have to go to court just to fight for my money. I wish there was a way I could give them zero stars.
