So I call and want to be part of the association in Russellville Arkansas. But when we go to talking if you're not a member of that association in Russellville you don't qualify You can't do business with them. To qualify you have to work for a school or state. I think that it is wrong if a facilitie is there to help people then help the people not just your certain pick people. But that's the way Pope county is. Everybody's to their own opinion.
