We appreciate Lucy, love the office, staff is great, maintenance gets there quick. We were happy to see the amenities and it is the perfect space for our small family. Lots of light in our unit, washer and dryer and for the price WOW. it's not a congested property, it is clean and I feel the parking is more than adequate. We plan on buying through them in the future. Thank you!

Worst experience. A lot of things were wrong with the unit, that we weren't made aware of before renting. there was a roach problem, and we were told that a bug man were to come and spray every so often. he came once throughout the whole year. Lucy is a very rude individual. anytime we would call with questions she had an attitude and sounded annoyed. anytime we had a maintenance request, it'd take weeks before it'd get resolved. I DO NOT recommend renting from these people. 🫵🏽

Lucy has been amazing. She us, 2 adults 2 kids, out of a terrible 1 bedroom situation and into a 2 bedroom with washer/dryer and propped bathtub and kitchen. Thank you for everything you are doing.

Very horrible experience. I'm still waiting to hear back from Lucy about application I put in weeks ago, I decided to pull my application. They are very unorganized and I'm happy I seen this before giving them the money I worked for. I've been told from multiple renters they are slum lords . Take forever to fix things and beyond rude to people they get money from monthly . Highly don't recommend to start your family off here. Sad as ever!!

Great business to rent from! Was having some problems with our first apartment and they quickly moved us to a different one without it being an issue. They are also quick to get maintenance out to your unit and get things fixed!! Lucy is one of the best property managers you’ll meet, she makes sure your questions answered and all your needs are met!

We have been renting for a few months now and we love our home we picked! They come when needed to help with any issues we may have and it’s easy to contact them right away! My kids love our home and it’s quiet and peaceful here, it was a very comfortable and fast process when we wanted to move here with private property rentals and they did a great job fixing up our home in the days coming to move in ! I can see us being here for awhile and that’s the best part about it because I’m not the one to be moving a lot I want a place that feels like home and that my kids enjoy!

They are a good company to do business with it was a nice freshly renovated unit very clean when I moved into it I didn’t have any problems at all except a few roaches but they quickly called the exterminator and resolved the issue. i understand the building is near a deep forest . They almost gave me a brand new window which was cool . Lucy and caleb the property managers where always very responsive and competent in their work they always responded to me in less then a few minutes. Dont go to their competitors a lot of them are scum. P.S LUCY is the best property manager I have ever met in my life she’s goes above and beyond for her tenants.
