We recently started renting with a property that Pledge manages. During our move in process we’ve had a couple maintenance requests to help get us settled - the process itself is easy, but the real reason for 5 stars is their team. We’ve worked with Steven, Joe, and Bobby so far along the way, and each experience has been stellar, supportive, quick, kind, and attentive. We know we’re in good hands in our tenancy.

We also worked with Jessica for showings to help us tour various sites and make sure we found a home that really fits us.

Brett has been a phenomenal maintenance tech throughout our residency so far. He has been on time, respectful, and efficient with his practices. Our apartment has had issues with our dishwasher and ceiling fan which have been replaced swiftly after diagnosing the problem. We appreciate the dedication and hard work of the maintenance staff.

Today Brett came to our townhouse to fix a problem we had with our toilet and he was very flexible with our schedule. He quickly resolved the issue and went above and beyond to help with other maintenance related questions we had. Overall, he was and is excellent.

Joe is also awesome to work with and is always super helpful and easy to work with making sure all our needs are met.

I have been tenant since the complex opened, May 2021, Bobby still manages the property and the maintenance team. What an excellent job he continues to do everyday. The property is just beautiful every season of the year. Special thanks to his team for keeeping the never ending clean up at the garbage area. Thank you for the maintenance as well, they are right there doing there best for every issue that arises in the apartment. Special attention to Bobby and his project with the house at the entrance of the property, really nice job.
