These people help me when I was in dire need! I had to go on medical leave with rotator cuff surgery from my job which eventually, with other medical problems I had to eventually apply for disability. I provided the documentation to them and they had no problem processing anything I don't understand how anybody can give these people one star, I don't. They do the best they can have with the funds that are available cuz everybody's having a hard time right now. God bless you guys and thank you for all your help!

It's a hard job and they are doing great things whether people treat them like they do, or not. I had a young lady surprised that I asked her how she was when she picked up my call. Let's be better, people. It's not the pay that keeps them around. They actually care and us being monsters to them because we are stressed and scared doesn't help anyone. They are selfless in a thankless job.
Thanks PCCA,, you do more than you know.

These people are heartless and have the absolute worst ethics and customer service skills! Julie, and Clarissa Moore should definitely be looked into as they are not following company practices. I had an appointment scheduled, attended, submitted all documents over about 8 times to both parties. Julie confirmed she rcvd, took a week for Clarissa to respond in an unprofessional manner and advised she will be closing case due to noncompliance although the documents requested were sent in well over 8times and everyone CCd received! I truly feel this woman has a personal issue towards me or her job in general and doesnt care to do her job. I am now about to lose my home and will be taking all these emails and proof of negligence and unprofessionalism with me! Those women should be fired! I cant imagine how many families have reached out and received the same outcome as i did.

I have had a problem with a caseworker from this agency who i felt was making me feel as though i didn't understand what she was saying. I wrote her letter which she didn't respond to. I have all emails to back up that i did respond to her i feel she was rude and not very helpful. I feel she is suppose to help people not put them in the street. My case number is 41272 and apparently my case is closed.

It's frustrating to deal with people that sit behind a computer screen that don't see the human they are supposed to try and help. It's easy for them to drag you along to make it seem they're trying to help you but their end goal is to frustrate you enough that you simply give up trying to get assistance.

Pretty unimpressive, they are supposed to provide assistance for COVID relief but are more interested in finding ways to deny people by asking for imaginary documentation that doesn't exist. No reason to waste time or energy with them.

They don’t help with anything and the receptionist sounded extremely drunk, slurring her words when she answered the phone and extremely rude and refused to get me to someone who could answer my questions and placed me on forever hold

Horrible. Slow. If you need ACTUAL assistance maybe don't do here. They didn't even bother to pay the full amount and late fees were up to 300 once they sent the check, though I was approved 3 more weeks before. Smh. Never again.
