We recently switched to Piershale Financial Group after being with a large firm for 20+ years and find the personal touch of a smaller firm to be much more comforting, especially while we are going through such a trying time. Mike and his team are professional, friendly, courteous and very helpful and responsive to our needs. Most recently we attended their annual customer appreciation dinner and had a wonderful evening! I am new to the Piershale Financial Group, having recently left another firm that was not handling my portfolio well. I have been very impressed with the firm. Ben Barzideh, my portfolio manager, explained their system of asset management, “Advance and Protect,” in a way that was easy to understand and made sense. The staff has been first-rate, immediately returning calls if I have a question, helping me through some technology issues and keeping me posted on my portfolio. They offer in-person meetings as well as virtual. Everyone in the office is friendly, courteous and professional. I’m very glad I made the switch!

I have been doing business with Mike and his staff for more than a decade. I can't stress enough how much I have enjoyed getting to know each member of this staff over the years. Mike is a very kind, brilliant, ethical, and service oriented person and it's clear he's made a point of hiring staff that represent his morals and values.
I am very impressed with not only Mike's investment approach, but the transparency in how he does things. His website is full of information and advice, he publishes a free economic newsletter that keeps his clients informed on what's happening in the financial world and how it affects them personally, and probably most important is the report card he sends to clients looking for feedback in order to better his service and offerings. He has built a top-rated firm by not only helping his clients reach their financial goals, but also caring enough to make all aspects of working with his firm enjoyable. From the warm greeting I always get from Laureen, to the organization and communication I receive from Trish, as well as the professional and friendly approach of their Office Manager Joanne. All aspects of my day-to-day contact with Mike, his Wealth Advisers, and his staff are top notch.

I am a very new client but have been extremely confident that with their astute focus on the current market trends, Piershale Financial Group will oversee and protect my investments.
