I had to cancel a policy because Michael would not take the time to get back to me with options for trying to reduce the price for 2 2011 Toyota Tacomas. Michael was charging over $400 a month for 7 years for these 2 trucks, when I cancelled my policy, Michael tried to make us pay him an additional $1,300 and when I asked why or what for he never responded with any paperwork of the reason for this charge, now 3 months later he never responded to my voicemails or email to justify this $1,300 bill and now I received a bill from a collection agency. He won't answer my calls or emails!!!
