I love our State Farm office! They are always there to answer questions in person, listen to your inquiries and concerns, and go above and beyond to help you while making sure you satisfied.
Both my husband and I were charged on 2 separate occasions for roadside service calls via the app when we shouldn't have been, due to our coverage. Isabel at State Farm looked into things for us with the roadside dispatch company, questioned the charges, made a claim and got us our money refunded.
