My experience with Perry Good has been disappointing to say the least. He gave me wrong information about how much I would be paying after adjusting my insurance and then had the audacity to make it out to be my own stupidity that lead me to believe that the monthly payment was going to be less. He also tried explaining the fluctuations in my payment amounts without even knowing what was going on. When I still didn't understand what he was talking about, he finally decided to reach out to customer service to further look into it. When he got back to me he explained something completely different from what he was telling me what was going on. Very unprofessional for him to spew nonsense seemingly to just end the conversation.

Amazing agent! Perry was so friendly to work with and super knowledgable about the right mix of insurance for my family. Perry was able to bundle a few policies we needed and saved us serious money doing so. He has been really responsive any time we have ever needed him! Perry made our insurance buying pleasurable. I'm not a client of Perry's. I'm not even in the same state as Perry, but I'm giving him a five-star review because he saved the day with a mutual customer of ours. Due to an oversight on my part, I neglected to have our mutual customer get a car insured under his personal policy. The customer was due to arrive at my dealership in just a few hours. Without proof of insurance the customer would not have been able to take the car, but Perry dropped what he was doing and worked with me on a moment's notice to get the car insured. What would have been a big problem resulting in an unhappy customer and potentially a lost sale for me ended up being a non-issue thanks to Perrry's responsiveness and quick action. Perry proved that customer service is still alive and well. Thanks Perry!

After being a client of Perry Good's for decades, I am beyond disappointed in the service I received from him over the last six months. Allstate, as a whole, is a company that I've had multiple problems with after filing a claim. I had claim adjuster after claim adjuster, switching almost weekly, throughout the multi-month process that it took to repair damage from a flood in my home. My issues with Perry stem from here. I called Perry, almost daily at one point, to ask for help in moving my claim ahead. The floors outside my children's bedroom and their place space were cement with rusty nails for MONTHS. Perry was unable to move the process along, or find the right people to speak to on my behalf. Additionally, since he is an independent agent, I've learned after calling the 1-800 Allstate number, there are no 'agent guidelines' that he is required to follow, unless he makes them up himself. It is mind-boggling that a company such as Allstate could survive with such horrific customer service and unreliable agents.

Another significant issue that I had with Perry was that my credit card expired during the time my policy auto-renews. While this is absolutely my responsibility, a simple phone call from Perry, letting me know that I need to switch the expiration date on my credit card, could have gone a long way. Instead, my insurance lapsed, and even though it has only been a few weeks since this happened, I am unable to reinstate my insurance. I absolutely take blame for this experience, but at the same time, wouldn't you want an agent that goes the extra mile to make sure your claims are followed through on , and reminds you that for the first time in over 20 years, your credit card on file is expiring? That's what I want, and I not only didn't find it with Perry Good, but I found the opposite. He is a disappointment to my family and me. Choosing the right insurance, the right agent, and filing claims is a stressful experience, but at the end of the day, the agent is the essential go-between you and your insurance agency. That agent needs to be invested in you and the company they are representing. Perry Good is not this person. If you are going to choose Allstate, which I wouldn't, please choose your agent carefully.

You never get the hard sell, but he's very helpful walking you through coverage options and will always give you an honest opinion, even if it means his policy and products aren't the best fit.
