This place is a joke. For a month now I can't use my card unless I use a pin. So that means no online purchases, I can't pay my bills, can't make a grocery order to pick up. I asked what are they doing to remedy this they said they're working on it. I asked what are you doing to make it up to the customer. This woman had the audacity to tell me that she's providing us with cash and cashier's checks. Isn't that your job as my bank holding my money? They have no answers they have no way to fix it so just go pull all your money and go to a different bank. You literally have one job. If you can't be a bank then I suggest you shut down.

Would leave zero stars if possible. They don't care about you, your money is NOT secure with this so called Trust Bank. Was charged mulitiple fees on my own money for non activity. No letter in advance, can't find this rule in the policy agreed too. Extremely silly. We have several other accounts we haven't touched in years, and our money is safe there. Use a credit union they would never do this.

Having been a customer of another bank, becoming frustrated with hidden fees in my checking account I switched about 8 years ago. In that time, I have never felt the shock of looking at my balance and having less than I expected due to a fee being withdrawn I didn't expect. I enjoy the customer service and convenient locations.
