This company has been driving me crazy over a 50 dollar payment for months. J have been trying to pay it on the online portal I was givin but it just sits there and spins. Unfortunately I can't do this over the phone for several reasons. Mainly the hours I work. Plus the company is supposed to be in Las Vegas but the letter I get has a Illinois address and this letter does not have my account number on it. So I would say your not getting your 50 dollars.

Very very difficult to work with. My account suddenly stopped working about 10 months after sign up. I had to call in no less than 4 times to try to get it reactivated again, and when I did, I later found out that I kept getting errors because my weekly limit was $50. Thatโ€™s right, I couldnโ€™t use VIP to deposit out of my bank account with a decent balance because I was limited to $50 a week with no possibility of getting it increased because โ€œit was just reactivated.โ€ There were some nice people at customer service but this business is full of clowns and ridiculous policies- stay away!!! I wish casinos and sports books would stay away from them!

I had such a great and positive experience with Pavilion Payments today! I had to call in since Iโ€™m computer challenged so the customer service person, Amy was so gracious and kind. She was patient and walked me through everything. I appreciate high level customer service support when it comes to handling my money!

WORST company I have ever tried to deal with. I was a victim of identity theft. I simply called to provide a new bank account number (same bank but different account#) I had to close my bank account immediately due to the identity theft. I reopened a new account also immediately, in the same bank visit. WELL, BEWARE.... if you do a transaction that involves them 2 things; 1) they don't draw from your bank account the same day as your transaction, AND, 2) if your 4.00 payment declines, they charge a 50.00FEE** for EACH declined transaction. I originally called to advise Pavillion of my new account number. My voice is very raspy because I am DISABLED and just had a trache removed from my throat (they DO discriminate against disabled people). They construed my hoarseness as rude and loud. They had me jump through their "little hoops".....of sending useless information to them. Ie: copy of my passport? Then, wanting a letter NO BANK will send with my routing and account number in full on it, which my bank will not send..(to avoid someone else intercepting that info in one letter and using it for feaudulent purposes) they THEN were trying to make me wait 30 days...(their rule) before they would reinstate my account which THEY, PAVILLION SUSPENDED. They actually canceled my other bank account with the 3rd party company that had no issues. Then, the ICING ON THE CAKE was, they were wanting to do a HARD pull of my credit report. Oh HELL NO. I have excellent credit, better than anyone who works for them I guarentee. They are RUDE, they ALWAYS TALK OVER YOU. You DO NOT NEED PAVILLION PAYMENTS. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I'm filing complaints against them with all appropriate agencies who govern them and anyone I know who does business with them.
Sincerely, Megan L

The worst customer services ever! When I called to dispute their charge to me, the lady stated they "fronted" the money in my Michigan Lottery account until it cleared the bank. That was a lie! They never put any money in my lottery app but said I owed them that money and a service charge! Their business practices are very suspect and border fraud! Note to self...just purchase lottery at local store...the phone app is a scam! Stay away from any apps that use Pavilion Payments as their back-end money grab mob!

Terrible Company , who gets an A+ from BBB when there's multiple telephone listings and none of them work! How are we supposed to contact them? The websites a mess and no one looks at emails. Bad enough they are still using their old name so when you get a notice from Global Payments Services , it's really supposed to say Pavilion Payments. The name changed almost a year ago back in March ! Don't ever do business with this company or any company that uses this software.

I have been calling since November to cancel our business account, spending multiple hours!! The last call took 2 hours, and once they FINALLY found my account, they advised that I had to send an email to cancel!!! I emailed on 12.16.22. Today is 1.9.23, and still have received NO response. This is a terrible company to do business with!! We are a non-profit and they are still deducting fees for NO business!!!
