I had the best experience ever in purchasing car insurance thanks to Chase! Chase was very professional and informative, he is a true “Research Specialist”! I explained my situation (I have been with my current carrier since 1999 and they are leaving California), I needed good insurance now and I am on a reduced budget.

Chase made that possible by thoroughly researching the best options for me that were full-bodied and reasonably priced. He gave me options and he clearly explained the benefits of each. I truly appreciated that he listened to me and he stayed on point! This means a lot as I had a thousand questions!!! He answered each one! He did such an amazing job with me that I notified my son about Chase…well he too was so impressed that he purchased a policy as well!!!

I can't speak for Paul himself. Never met him. But I never got the service that some of these reviews reflect from any of the reps in his office. I did get the occasional holiday/birthday card, but with the money
that I'm saving with Allstate)over $200, I'll mail myself a letter. I recently ended my account with this office and the nonchalant manner that the rep answered the phone was the sign for me that I made the right choice. In this economy, if you're going to charge a premium price, I'd expect premium service. Stay safe out there, folks.

Great service from Chase from State Farm. Prompt in following up and knowledgeable with insurance questions. However, the answering service being used is not that reliable, as I left a message for someone to call me and no one ever did until I called the office again a couple of hours later.
