When I started out Pat was cool but must have got to big for his briches. Horrible communication, terrible at returning phone calls, office lady is rude. Moved to another state and they cancelled my insurance. No big deal but gave me no communication on this. I would stay away, just care about making money.

Communication is definitely not this office's forte.

Responding to emails without having to resend it multiple times? Nope.

Responding to emails the same day? Nope.

Answering direct questions in a timely manner? Nope.

Keeping phone call appointments? Nope. I was expecting a call, but had to call twice but was told to wait for the appointment. Nearly an hour after the appointment was he available.

Personable? Nope.

Rude and doesn't ask for names? Yep.

Dishonest with rates? Yep.

Taking my business elsewhere.

Highly recommend! We had less than a week until closing on a new house and within an hour Patrick had our quote sent over, including a new auto policy that ended up saving us money. He came to us to sign paperwork, which was appreciated as I have kids at home during the day. Very fast communication and friendly office staff.
