When I first started with Patrick, the policy he gave me was amazing for my driving record. However, when the monthly payments started to come the price seemed to fluctuate. When I questioned this there was always a reason that seemed to make sense. Then later I was told the price was actually higher than we initially agreed on. Since my driving record was not the best, I stuck with this price because it was hard to do much better. Once one of my policies was over, I said I wanted to cancel and I showed proof of a new policy. He matched the price but with better coverage. The policy premium he sent me was six months for around $1200. Again I noticed the price would fluctuate. I questioned him and again he gave a reason that seemed to make sense. Four months with changing prices, I checked the website policy instead of trusting the one he sent and I signed; the policy online said just under $1500. I have signed many policies with him and I am not aware how many times this could have happened to me.

Patrick is a great salesperson: able to chit-chat to death, but doesn't deliver. The premiums of the policies were higher than promised, his responses delayed — there was always "something else keeping him busy" (are we all not busy?) — and his explanations were gibberish — he's unable to write coherent sentences. Fortunately, within a month I made the decision to cut him and go back to my previous insurance broker, who had been great except more expensive (in appearance). I'm very happy to have ended the relationship with Patrick and the extra money is well worth it.

The kicker and the reason that led me to post this review? I asked him for the status of my car policy on Feb. 17; as of today he had not responded, so I asked again. His response was "please call travelers for billing or status on these things, we do not handle billing/refunds. -P". I called and the response was that he had not cancelled my car policy; the others had been cancelled but not that one. Also, they told me to go back to my agent, but when they saw I was very angry, they decided to help me directly. And they did.
