Awful. Very hard to get a hold of. I have a simple request for them to mail my coverage to my new car lender and crickets. Not the first time they have sucked this bad. I have called and text to get an update at least 6 times. Terrible. I need a call back especially since the lender is now charging me a fee for their insurance until lazy Patricia and her lazy team respond. Please get a different Allstate broker if you find yourself at Rock Honda. It's convenient the day you get the car but terrible broker after. Allstate itself is great besides the broker.

I totally agree with all these messages and notes that people are posting. These people doesn’t help at all. Patricia Flores doesn’t ever help customers so I think we should need to report her to Allstate agent and we need to talk to someone who could really really help us. I’m so upset. She shouldn’t be an agent for all state

As far as when the accident occurred, Allstate was great in their response. The billing is totally frustrating. The payment amt. was 139. until I turned off auto pay and my payment went up 30.00 dollars. No explanation, well let me rephrase, the explanation was nothing that made sense.

Never answers the phone.
Auto policies only go 6 months then you have to pay for a new policy.
Literally doubles my payment every 6 months

It was the absolute worst. Your staff are untrained and unknowledgeable in every aspect imaginable. Half the time I wasn’t even sure If I was talking to an insurance agency. It was exhausting and miserable to deal with the untrained staff and unhelpful management. There is zero communication between departments and let alone within them. I would never recommend this company and in fact are switching agency’s because of this terrible experience amongst many.

Patricia Flores is the worst agent I've ever delt with, she has no patience and horrible costumer service ignores your calls and wont help you, i felt like i was annoying her and even then it was struggle to get a hold of her.
