I had to do an emergency move across country from NV. I didn't know anybody out here and I found these apartments online. I spoke with Nikki who was beyond helpful for the 2mo. Leading up to my arrival. Her level of communication and transparency for the apartment was phenomenal.
There is always a risk and fear of moving into a place sight unseen. She sent me pictures of the unit and advised of a few minor touch-ups being done prior to my arrival.
It is a very quiet community and everyone in the complex is very friendly. The apartment is very nice. Any time I have had to call for anything they are super helpful and fast to respond with details of what to expect. She made a very scary move feel like I was coming home. It was very comforting and I am super grateful to live here and have such an amazing property management team and maintenance team to take care of the unit.

My Wife and I have enjoyed living here in this community because it's quiet and conveniently located near all the town's businesses and entertainment. The reason for such a low rating is because of poor, shotty work by maintenance and it takes the maintenance tech sometimes months before he responds to a work order not because of not being told or requested.
