Todd and Erik at Pacific Premier Insurance have been wonderful to work with. They insisted on doing a review of all of my personal policies. I found it a bit annoying and time consuming but they had come highly recommended so I made it a priority to get all the documents together. I am beyond grateful to them for pushing me. They found I didn't have fire insurance on my home!!!! I was shocked and sick to my stomach. I had no idea the policy I had gotten quickly through another agent EXCLUDED fire insurance. They were able to get a policy bound for me right away that does include fire and at a reasonable rate. They have been responsive, kind, thorough, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them. I'm so grateful to them for guiding me so I can be protected if the worst happens.

Buying a rental property in a fire zone was NOT fun trying to insure. I had two other brokers tell me that this property would not be insurable outside of the Fair Plan (VERY expensive). I thought this would immediately pose a cash flow problem and even considered pulling out of escrow. STRESSFUL!

Erik & Todd to the rescue. They were very quick and responsive and Todd took the time to compare quotes & explain the coverages and what made the most sense WITHOUT the Fair Plan.

Todd even walked me through how industry changes in my state could be coming which could further help my situation and that how we manage our claims is very important and he wants to be engaged every step of the way.

I've utilized the brokers services for years and always believed they were doing right by me with their recommendations.
Recently, Agents are impossible to get a hold of. When you do get help, they're completely incompetent. They have caused me more stress trying to use their services.
By moving away from this broker I've seen 50% savings.
Highly recommend re-evaluating your insurance carriers if these guys are your brokers.

I’ve been with Pacific Premier for a while and they now handle all of my insurance needs. Their customer service has always been top notch and my most recent experience did not disappoint. I recently refinanced my home mortgage and although the lender should have paid my home insurance renewal during closing, they didn’t. My policy was about to be cancelled. Todd with Pacific Premier Insurance has been amazing for me. He has given me quotes in Lake Tahoe where everyone told me insurance would not be approved. Not only did Todd get me affordable rates... He got me AMAZING rates, and I am not stuck in one of those "last resort" plans for wildfire. I have two homes in Tahoe, both with amazing insurance. Highly recommend!!
